I hit 197 lbs this morning.  Total lost so far - 28 lbs.  Next up, get rid of the beer belly once and for all.

Sure, I've been trying to keep busy this weekend.  But mostly I'm just laying in bed.  I cancelled a flight to Baltimore cause I felt like crap.  I did finish reading The Tempest though, so that's good.

Synergy

 Synergy is basically a network KVM.  You can set up your server as the main keyboard and mouse, and then the clients are the machines you want to control.

At work I have a Mac and PC.  I finally got Synergy working with Windows 7 64 bit and Mac OS X 10.4.11.  On the Windows 7 side, I installed the latest client, +1.3.4.  On the Mac, I had to use an older 1.3.0 client.  I'm assuming the newer client works on OS 10.5.

With the default set up, the Mac side would just say connecting and never do anything.  To fix it:

On the mac side, in the SynergyKM control panel you have to un-check "Enable Bonjour" and then use the IP address of your server under Client configuration.  It wouldn't work with computer name.  After that, it connected no problem.
